pka92 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pka92", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the pka92 platform operating at pka92.net and all associated services, tools, and features available under that domain.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the pka92 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on pka92 through which the player accesses all platform services.
• "Platform" refers to the pka92 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, payments, and support.
• "Real Money Play" means any game session or betting activity conducted using funds deposited into a player's pka92 account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin equivalent, or cashback amount credited to a player's account as part of a pka92 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pka92 before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to all behaviour described in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the pka92 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the pka92 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pka92.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the pka92 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the pka92 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the player and pka92.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with pka92, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering and playing as an individual, not on behalf of a company or other legal entity;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pka92 or had your account closed by pka92 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of pka92 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with pka92. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. pka92 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held across those accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact pka92 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pka92 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pka92 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify pka92 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pka92 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to protect your account credentials.

pka92 accounts support Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and cryptocurrency equivalents including USDT TRC20. Currency selection is made at registration and cannot be changed once an account is active. All displayed balances reflect the account's designated currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the account's base currency equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pka92 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email at 30 days before inactivity fees commence. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and contact support.

You may close your pka92 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon request subject to standard identity verification. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion are governed by Section 10 of these Terms and may not be reopened during the exclusion period.

pka92 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pka92's discretion. Players are advised to check the cashier for current available options at the time of deposit.

All deposits are processed subject to the following general conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 200 per transaction;
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan) is PKR 500 per transaction;
• The minimum USDT TRC20 deposit is 5 USDT;
• There is no maximum deposit limit at account level, though daily limits may apply per payment provider;
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's name are not permitted and will be refunded;
• pka92 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges which are outside pka92's control;
• Cryptocurrency deposits are non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• The player's account must have completed full KYC verification (identity document, proof of address, and payment method verification);
• The player must have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit since their last withdrawal;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-linked funds;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for local payment methods and 10 USDT for cryptocurrency;
• The maximum withdrawal per transaction is PKR 500,000 or equivalent; higher amounts may be processed in tranches at pka92's discretion;
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by pka92 compliance.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours for verified accounts; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, SadaPay) are processed within 1–2 business days; USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 4–8 hours subject to network confirmation times.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by pka92 are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 or over;
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per player per household per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe — unused bonus funds expire automatically on the expiry date;
• Standard wagering requirements are 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games 10%–20%, and sports betting wagers may vary;
• pka92 reserves the right to retract any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Players who self-exclude will forfeit any uncompleted bonus wagering and associated bonus balance immediately;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion pathway.

All casino game outcomes on pka92 are generated by independent certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pka92 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories and are accurate at the time of publication. Crash game outcomes are provably fair and may be verified using the published seed verification system.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game session, pka92 will use available server-side records to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. If a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the game round will be voided and any wager returned to the player's account balance.

All sports bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body of each sport — for PSL cricket, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB); for international Test and T20 cricket, this is the International Cricket Council (ICC). Bets remain valid if an event is postponed by up to 36 hours from the original scheduled start time. If postponed beyond 36 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

pka92 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds or market were published in material error. Bets placed after an event has commenced where live markets were not available will be voided. Maximum payout per single event bet is PKR 5,000,000 or equivalent. Combined payout maximums apply for accumulator bets.

pka92 enforces the following maximum single-session payout limits: slots and RNG games — PKR 10,000,000; live dealer tables — PKR 5,000,000; crash games — PKR 2,000,000; sports single events — PKR 5,000,000. Wins exceeding these limits may be paid in tranches at pka92's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pka92 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Opening more than one account, whether under the same name or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access controls or bonus eligibility restrictions;
• Colluding with other players or using software tools (bots, scripts, AI) to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform for any illegal financial purpose;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in games or the platform to generate unearned winnings;
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing pka92 accounts or account balances;
• Charging back deposits made via credit card, bank transfer, or digital wallet after funds have been used to place wagers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pka92 support staff or other platform users.

pka92 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge and without delay:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps settable from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Session Loss Limits: Maximum loss per gaming session across all game types;
• Session Time Reminders: Pop-up notifications at custom time intervals during gameplay;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account access restriction from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, marketing communications are suspended;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with immediate effect. Players who self-exclude may not register a new account during the exclusion period. pka92 reserves the right to extend self-exclusion periods if evidence of problem gambling behaviour persists.

pka92 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with the pka92 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between the player and pka92. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

pka92 collects personal data for the following principal purposes: account registration and identity verification; payment processing and fraud prevention; legal compliance and anti-money laundering obligations; customer support; and personalised marketing communications where consent has been provided.

pka92 does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — including payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification services — all of whom operate under binding data processing agreements with pka92.

All content on the pka92 platform — including but not limited to the pka92 brand name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of pka92 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or modified without prior written authorisation from pka92.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pka92 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, mirror the platform, or use pka92 content for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pka92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pka92 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, connectivity issues, or acts outside pka92's reasonable control.

pka92's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pka92 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. Players use the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their devices and network connections are adequately protected.

pka92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pka92 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false or misleading information at registration or KYC;
• The player is under 21 years of age;
• The player's account has been flagged for suspicious financial activity or money laundering risk;
• The player is located in a jurisdiction where pka92 is prohibited from offering services;
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations require the restriction or closure of the account.

Upon termination, pka92 will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed by the player to pka92, including any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Balances derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the pka92 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka92 is licensed to operate. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions.

pka92 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction before registering and playing.

pka92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the pka92 platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Minor changes — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates required by regulatory or legal changes — may take effect immediately without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the pka92 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your full acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
